We're hiring a Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to handle outbound and follow-up calls, manage enquiries, and support our sales team in converting leads into customers.
Responsibilities
- Call prospective and existing customers to introduce our products
- Follow up on leads until they convert or close
- Share basic product and pricing information
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team and schedule meetings or site visits when needed
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or handling customer calls (required)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage
- Basic proficiency with WhatsApp, Excel, and email
- Confident and persistent — comfortable following up even after an initial no
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates welcome
Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month, negotiable based on experience
