Job Description
AAA Academia is hiring Telecaller Executives for our Noida office.
We are looking for confident candidates with good communication and follow-up skills who can interact with prospective students and help them understand our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Connect with prospective students and leads
- Explain courses and training programs
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates
- Maintain lead and calling records
- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team
- Work towards assigned calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
