Timings - 6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST
Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to identify, screen, and hire qualified IT professionals for various technologies such as SAP, Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Network Engineering, and other technical roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and source suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of IT technologies and terminology.
Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's Degree (Any discipline preferred).
MBA/HR is an added advantage.
