What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the electronics hardware engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the design, development, and validation of electronic circuits, PCBs, and embedded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and manufacturing to ensure seamless product integration.
- Drive hardware architecture decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of hardware solutions.
- Evaluate and select components, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and failure analysis.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in electronics hardware.
- Support product certification and testing processes (EMC, ESS, etc.)
- Working closely with all cross-functional groups in delivering effective new product development
- Analysing and validating material/component selection, tolerances, performance, and manufacturability.
SKILL SETS
• High Speed Digital Architecture Design (Microcontroller, Microprocessor and FPGA based architecture) with 1553 interface
• System Design with Xilinx/Altera/Actel FPGA devices with relevant tools and IPs
• Should be aware of DACs , ADCs, FPGAs, Buffers, Transceivers, LDOs, POL, 1553 chips, Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, etc
• Mixed signal design architecture
• Protocols knowledge like USB, GBE, PCIe, RS232, etc.

• 10+ years of experience in hardware design and development and who can interact with customers on all technical matters to ensure on-time execution of the programs.
• Responsible for understanding the hardware requirements and assist in realization of the same.

• Qualification: - BE/MTech in Electronics.
