Location: Andheri East – Sakinaka, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Partner with the HR Manager, CEO, and Delivery Heads to understand immediate and long-term hiring needs.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality technology professionals.
- Represent our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Identify and leverage the most effective sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and direct search.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
- Manage recruitment workflows using Zoho HRMS/ATS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect interview feedback and drive timely hiring decisions.
- Support HR initiatives by recommending improvements to recruitment processes and HR policies.
- Enhance employer branding and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technology roles.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
- Excellent research, networking, and talent assessment skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using an ATS or HR Information System.
Preferred (Big Plus):

Compensation
₹4-6 LPA (based on experience)
Immediate joiners or candidates with notice periods up to 30 days will be preferred.
