About The Role
E2E Procurement Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced
Freelance HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities and help us fulfill hiring requirements across different roles and industries.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with
candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client communication, and recruitment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and basic screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Work on multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team and clients.
- Support candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records.
- Build a strong candidate network for future requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand different job requirements.
- Good coordination and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
