What You’ll Do:
- Understand hiring needs and source top talent through online platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from candidate shortlisting to offer negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and employer branding strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced candidates with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the dynamic world of talent acquisition.
- A go-getter attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with social media and job portals is a plus!

Job Details:
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Office (WFO)
- Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM & Alternate Saturdays (9.30am to 1pm)
- Location: Kundanhalli, Bangalore, Karnataka
