Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future internal openings
- Source, screen, and interview candidates (telephonic and in-person)
- Shortlist or reject candidates based on resume screening and interview feedback
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and close positions efficiently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR or related field preferred)
- 1 year of recruitment experience or 6 months of internship preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
