- Tech Sourcing & Strategy: Lead full-cycle recruitment for niche technology roles (Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Cloud/DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Product Managers).
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with engineering leaders to understand technical roadmaps, define hiring mandates, and set predictable delivery schedules.
- Proactive Talent Pipelines: Utilize advanced sourcing channels—GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, and hackathons—to engage passive engineering talent.
- Recruitment Tech & Analytics: Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking core recruitment metrics like Time-to-Hire, Sourcing Channel Yield, Offer Acceptance Rates, and Quality-of-Hire.
- Campus & Early Talent: Structure and execute campus recruitment programs at premier engineering institutes (IITs, NITs, top tier tech colleges).
- Vendor & Agency Relations: Manage specialized tech search firms and contractors, ensuring strong SLA compliance and optimal cost-per-hire.
- Offer & Candidate Experience: Design competitive compensation offers, manage counter-offer negotiations, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the interview loop.
