Designation: Manager/Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition (TA) - Real Estate
Job Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
Experience: 6–8 Years core experience in Real Estate Talent Acquisition is a must
Qualification: MBA / PG in Human Resources
CTC Budget: ₹12–14 LPA (Basis Last Drawn CTC)
Working Days: 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)
Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Weekoffs
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
*Industry Preference:* Real Estate Developers, IPCs, Mandate Companies, Plot Developers, Large Interior Organizations, and Recruitment Consultancies catering to the Real Estate sector.
*Role Overview:*
We are looking for a smart, polished, and experienced Talent Acquisition professional for a leading real estate organization in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of experience, with around 80% of overall experience focused on Talent Acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, talent pipeline development, and timely closure of hiring requirements across Technical and Non-Technical functions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for Real Estate Technical and Non-Technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and execute hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and close quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networks.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer management, and onboarding processes.
• Create job descriptions and structured interview processes.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and recruitment MIS.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including induction, engagement, performance coordination, and exits.
*Key Skills Required:*
• Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command over English.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, presentable, and polished personality.
• Experience in social media hiring, LinkedIn sourcing, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple hiring mandates.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Email communication.
*Candidate Profile:*
Candidates from Real Estate Developers, IPCs, Mandate Firms, Plot Developers, Interior Organizations, or Real Estate-focused Recruitment Consultancies preferred. MBA / PG in HR with strong recruitment exposure is mandatory.
