Job Summary
We are looking for a high-potential, result-oriented Manager / Lead (Talent Acquisition) to own and elevate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our management consulting practice. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior delivery stakeholders, managing high-impact niche and lateral hiring campaigns. The ideal candidate combines hands-on sourcing expertise with structured candidate evaluation methodologies and is ready to drive agile, data-driven recruitment strategies within a high-performance corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Stakeholder Management
- Business Advisory: Partner closely with practice leaders, partners, and the HR team to map talent pipelines directly against evolving client fulfillment goals and workforce planning.
- Market Mapping: Design and execute structured market intelligence blueprints to proactively map competitive consulting landscapes and target talent pools.
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the complete execution architecture from initial requirement gathering and sourcing to interview calibration, final offer management, and onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build a diverse and highly optimized channel mix, balancing employee referrals, direct sourcing, and executive networking to reduce agency dependencies and control cost-per-hire.
- Rigorous Assessment: Deploy structured competency evaluation frameworks and scorecards to assess senior and niche lateral consultants effectively.
Operations & Employer Branding
- EVP Optimization: Strategize and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the firm’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) inside the talent ecosystem.
- Data & Analytics: Design, monitor, and report on core recruitment funnel health metrics, specifically time-to-fill, candidate pass rates, cost-per-hire, and data hygiene within the ATS.
- Team Mentorship: Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior recruiters, optimizing process efficiencies across the team.
Key Requirements
Professional Credentials
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 3–6 years of core corporate talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record operating within a Management Consulting firm, tier-1 executive search agency, or a fast-paced professional services company.
- Hiring Domain: Demonstrable history of successfully executing lateral, executive, or highly specialized business strategy consultant profiles.

- Communication Mastery: Superior, polished communication and stakeholder management skills to interface confidently with senior executive leadership.
- Tools Proficiency: Hand-on experience operating modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) alongside data analytics tracking.
