Designation: Recruitment Lead / Recruitment Manager – Technology Hiring

Core Objective :
Lead and scale technology recruitment operations in Hyderabad by driving recruitment delivery, client management, business development, revenue growth, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology recruitment across Product, GCC, IT Services, BFSI, Digital, Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, ERP, and AI/ML.
- Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 recruiters, ensuring productivity and delivery targets.
- Own key client relationships, stakeholder management, governance, and account growth.
- Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts through recruitment solutions.
- Drive monthly business/revenue targets
- Ensure SLA adherence, quality hiring, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Track recruitment KPIs, revenue, profitability, and team performance.
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of strong Technology Recruitment experience.
- Majority of career in Recruitment Consulting / Staffing / Executive Search / RPO.
- Proven experience managing 10–15 recruiters.
- Strong client acquisition, account management, and business development experience.
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad technology hiring market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
