Role Description The Student Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal, supporting daily resort operations and guest services. Responsibilities may include assisting with front desk activities, helping guests with inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring public areas remain orderly and inviting. The Student Assistant will support administrative tasks such as organizing documents, maintaining records, and helping with basic reporting. The role also involves collaborating with the hospitality team to prepare for guest arrivals, events, and special requests, always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment while contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with guests and colleagues.
- Good communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Basic organizational and administrative abilities, including handling documents, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning and taking on new responsibilities.
- Interest in hospitality, tourism, or related fields; current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Bhopal, including weekends or shifts as required by resort operations.
