Operating across 26 states, CBM India collaborates with partners, institutions, and government agencies on programs, advocacy, capacity-building, and knowledge generation to create lasting impact.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fundraiser role based in Bengaluru. The Fundraiser will identify, research, and cultivate prospective individual, corporate, and institutional donors to support CBM India’s programs. The role involves developing and presenting compelling proposals, pitches, and campaign materials, as well as maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing donors through regular updates and engagement activities. The Fundraiser will coordinate fundraising events, outreach initiatives, and digital campaigns, working closely with program, communications, and finance teams to align fundraising goals with organizational priorities. The role also includes tracking fundraising performance, preparing reports, and ensuring that all fundraising activities follow ethical standards and relevant regulations.

Compensation: You will start with a base salary of Rs. 22,000-25,000/month + allowance of Rs.3000/month + performance based incentives.
