We are hiring **Sales Trainers** for a leading Telecom organization.
📍 **Locations:** *Bangalore | Surat | Rajkot
* 💰 **CTC:** Up to **₹40,000 per month**
### Eligibility:
✅ 2–4+ years of Sales Experience
✅ Minimum 1 year of Training/Coaching Experience
✅ Telecom/Retail Sales experience preferred
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
### Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Conduct on-the-job productivity and sales training
✔️ Train and coach new and existing field sales teams
✔️ Deliver product, process, and selling skills training
✔️ Conduct refresher sessions to improve performance
