Networkers Home is looking for an experienced Cloud Trainer to lead AWS and Azure training programs for working professionals and students. This is a training and mentorship role, not a hands-on delivery/engineering position, you'll be teaching, demonstrating, and coaching learners through real production-style cloud environments, not building products.
What You'll Do
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions on AWS & Azure using real-world, production-style cloud environments
- Deliver hands-on labs and structured curriculum; mentor learners preparing for AWS SAA and Azure AZ-104/305/500 certifications
- Design, update, and refresh training content and lab exercises to stay aligned with current cloud trends and exam blueprints
- Track learner progress, address doubts, and guide students toward interview and job readiness
- Coordinate with the placement team to align training outcomes with our 800+ hiring partner network
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience training or teaching AWS and/or Azure (corporate training, EdTech, or academic instruction, not just individual project/dev experience)
- Strong hands-on cloud expertise across compute, storage, networking, IAM, and security
- Relevant certifications preferred: AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at varying skill levels
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, technical trainer or faculty at an EdTech or training institute is a strong plus
- Comfortable creating training decks, lab guides, and assessment material
