What We're Looking For:
A passionate retail leader who takes ownership, excels in fast-paced environments, inspires high-performing teams, and consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences while driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Monitor and improve key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, UPT, ABV, and Sell Through.
* Ensure efficient inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
* Oversee daily store operations, cash management, and SOP compliance.
* Analyse business performance and implement action plans to improve productivity and profitability.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly shopping environment.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 7–10 years of retail experience, with at least 3-4 years as a Store Manager.
* Experience in premium fashion, footwear, sportswear, lifestyle, or luxury retail preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Good understanding of retail operations and business KPIs.
* Proficient in excel and power point

Budget: CTC ₹5.0 LPA – CTC ₹8.0 LPA
