Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily store operations
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
Drive sales performance and achieve targets
Ensure exceptional customer service & handle escalations
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Monitor inventory, stock planning & coordination
Analyze sales reports and optimize performance
Execute local marketing activities & store events
What We’re Looking For
Graduate (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of retail/store management experience
Strong leadership & team handling skills
Excellent communication & customer engagement
Understanding of retail KPIs & visual merchandising
Target-driven with a proactive approach
