Role Description The Store Manager role at KKCL is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales performance, managing visual merchandising standards, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role also involves monitoring store expenses, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and preparing regular sales and performance reports. The Store Manager will collaborate with regional management to execute promotional activities and maintain a high standard of store presentation aligned with KKCL’s brand image.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused skills: ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver consistent Customer Service.
- Interpersonal skills: strong Communication abilities for engaging customers, coaching team members, and coordinating with management.
- Operational skills: experience in Store Management, including staff oversight, inventory handling, and sales tracking.
- Compliance and security skills: understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Relevant experience in retail apparel or fashion, preferably in branded or multi-outlet environments.
- Proven team leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced store setting.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or retail POS systems and comfort with reporting and data analysis.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
