About Us
Bäcker & Charlie is an artisanal bakery and neighbourhood café built around quality, hospitality and community.
We're looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and build a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the café.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage and coach the front-of-house team.
- Plan staff schedules and oversee attendance.
- Coordinate service with the kitchen and bakery.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory and place daily stock requests.
- Complete daily operational reports and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety and service standards are maintained.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years' experience in a managerial role. F&B is not mandatory.
- Is a confident people leader.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Stays calm under pressure.
- Takes ownership and solves problems independently.
- Enjoys developing people and building strong teams.
