Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in New Delhi. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization of orthopedic and medical products. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves coordinating with sales and distribution teams, monitoring store performance, preparing basic reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The Store Manager supports a safe, efficient, and customer-focused store environment aligned with Shagun Cares Inc.’s operational and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to ensure a positive experience for clients and partners.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Proficiency in Store Management to oversee daily operations, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to minimize shrinkage and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Prior experience in retail, warehousing, or medical device/healthcare product stores is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
