Role Description The Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South and north,responsible for overseeing daily operations at the assigned Asha Sweet Center outlet. This includes managing the sales floor, supervising team members, ensuring product display and hygiene standards, and monitoring inventory and stock levels. The role involves resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. The Outlet Manager will coordinate with the central team for supply, promotions, and pricing, and track outlet performance against sales and service targets. The position requires active participation during peak hours, festivals, and special occasions to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing skills: Candidate should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive outlet experience.
- Team leadership skills: Candidate should possess effective People Management skills to supervise staff, schedule shifts, and foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
- Communication skills: Candidate should possess clear and confident Communication skills to interact with customers, coordinate with suppliers, and report to management.
- Operational skills: Candidate should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, manage ordering, and reduce wastage.
- Additional qualifications: Experience in retail, food and beverage, or hospitality operations; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and festivals; basic computer literacy and POS handling; strong attention to hygiene, safety, and quality standards; prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
