WE ARE HIRING — JEWELLERY STORE MANAGER
Location: Chandigarh, India

Education: MBA / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, well-spoken and confident professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our jewellery showroom in Chandigarh.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, jewellery, fashion or a premium customer-facing environment and should be comfortable handling high-value clients and leading showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations and smooth functioning of the showroom.
* Manage and supervise the sales team, including targets, performance and scheduling.
* Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
* Handle high-value customers professionally and assist in closing premium sales.
* Understand customer requirements and assist with customised and bridal jewellery orders.
* Maintain accurate inventory records, stock control and reconciliation.
* Coordinate with management, production, supply and back-office teams.
* Maintain the showroom, jewellery displays and visual presentation according to brand standards.
* Support promotional activities, client appointments and sales initiatives.
* Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
* Ensure complete security, confidentiality and discretion while handling high-value jewellery and client information.
* Ensure all brand guidelines and customer service standards are consistently followed.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.
* MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
* Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, premium fashion or high-end retail will be strongly preferred.
* Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
* Must be articulate, confident, well-groomed and highly presentable.
* Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
* Experience handling premium / high-value clients.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* High level of integrity, responsibility and discretion.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office and POS/CRM systems.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and during festive seasons when required.
