Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled store manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves supervising store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, implementing store strategies, and achieving sales targets. The store manager will also focus on maintaining high operational standards and facilitating seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in store management and retail loss prevention strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage, motivate, and train team members
- Experience in retail operations, preferably within the technology or electronics sector
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for effective decision-making
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
