Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the assigned outlet. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising service standards, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment for guests. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate stock records to support smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations. The Store Manager will track sales performance, implement promotions, and support local marketing initiatives in alignment with company guidelines. Additional responsibilities include handling customer feedback, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, training and mentoring team members, and preparing regular operational and financial reports for management.
Qualifications
- Experience in store or restaurant management, including supervision of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Proficiency in inventory control, cash handling, and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent customer service orientation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple operational tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and standard operating procedures in F&B environments.
- Comfort with using POS systems and basic office software for scheduling and reporting.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry; multi-brand exposure is an advantage.
- Graduate degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
