Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role at the Raniwala 1881 . This role oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store standards. The Store Manager leads and motivates the sales team, ensures a refined customer experience, and handles escalations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, monitoring key performance indicators, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with back-office and workshop teams, training staff on products and service standards, and supporting marketing and in-store events to strengthen the brand presence.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to luxury client experience.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, guiding team members, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Store Management expertise, including overseeing daily operations, inventory control, and team supervision.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Previous experience in high-end retail, jewelry, or luxury goods is highly beneficial.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Comfort with basic retail technology and POS systems, along with good numerical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Jaipur, including weekends and peak festive seasons as required.
