We're looking for a Store Manager who doesn't just manage a store -but creates memorable customer experiences, builds high-performing teams, and treats the store like their own business.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure everything runs seamlessly.
- Drive sales while delivering a premium, personalized customer experience.
- Coach, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and luxury retail standards.
- Oversee inventory, stock movement, and operational excellence.
- Analyze store performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure every customer walks out with not just a product, but an experience they'll remember.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Candidates from luxury D2C or premium retail brands.
- Exceptional English communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Strong leadership, people management, and sales skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences.
- Experience in luxury, lifestyle, jewellery, beauty, wellness, or premium retail is a strong advantage.
Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
