Role Description The Store Manager role at Bikanervala Gurgaon is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Store Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, shift planning, and ensuring smooth service during peak hours. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving service issues, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and product display. The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing retail loss prevention procedures. The Store Manager also tracks sales performance, supports local promotions, trains team members, and ensures adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, management, and vendors in a fast-paced retail and restaurant environment.
- Proven Store Management experience, including staff supervision, shift scheduling, and daily operations oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage, cash handling, and compliance with security procedures.
- Prior experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management, preferably in a high-traffic, multi-product environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, retail management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
