Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a company with global presence that is involved in Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses.
In the Radiopharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company’s Allergy Immunotherapy business is involved in the manufacturing and supply of allergic extracts and venom products in the US and in some other markets such as Canada, Europe and Australia. Jubilant through its CDMO Sterile Injectables business offers manufacturing services including sterile fill and finish injectables (both liquid and lyophilization), full-service ophthalmic offer (liquids, ointments & creams) and ampoules.
The CRDMO business of the Company includes the Drug Discovery Services business that provides contract research and development services through two world-class research centres in Bangalore and Noida in India and the CDMO-API business that is involved in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Jubilant Therapeutics is involved in Proprietary Novel Drugs business and is an innovative biopharmaceutical company developing breakthrough therapies in the area of oncology and autoimmune disorders. Job Summary : Role will support senior leadership in making informed strategic and commercial decisions by developing deep insights into consumer businesses, market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and key performance drivers. Incumbent will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify growth and cost optimization opportunities, and translate complex business challenges into insightful strategy whitepapers, actionable recommendations, and executable business initiatives with focus on consumer-facing sectors, including FMCG, QSR, and broader consumer products, and will play a critical role in driving strategic planning, market assessments, commercial due diligence, and business transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities.
- Perform in-depth business operating and financial performance analysis to understand key growth drivers, risks and business opportunities
- Support development of strategic perspectives by doing deep data-backed primary and secondary research, independently or in collaboration with business team
- Track strategic initiatives, assess progress and flag issues requiring management attention
- Monitor consumer industry trends, consumer behaviour, competitor strategies and regulatory developments and translate the same into potential growth opportunities
- Conduct market sizing, market-share analysis, scenario analyses and business case formulation, benchmarking and competitive assessments
- Build strong understanding of business performance improvement initiatives such as portfolio expansion, pricing, cost productivity and route-to-market
- Assess the commercial attractiveness, risks and execution requirements of new opportunities
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations for senior management and prepare concise management presentations, briefing notes and decision papers
- Synthesize complex information into clear messages, strategic choices and business implications.
Person Profile .
Qualification - MBA/PGDM from Premium Business School .
Experience – 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting space or MBB capability centres
Must Have-
- Strong exposure to FMCG, QSR, retail, consumer durables or automotive dealerships
- Strong understanding of consumer-business drivers, including market growth, market share, portfolio, pricing, channels, distribution and competitive dynamics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial-modelling capabilities
- Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical, commercially grounded recommendations from first principles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- High ownership, intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
