The Role
You are a hands-on practitioner and SME across the Splunk portfolio.
You take ownership of what you build, care about the details, and measure your work by whether the client's business actually runs better because of it. You stay curious, keep sharpening your craft and bring that energy to every engagement.
You will lead delivery end to end, from architecture through instrumentation to handoff, and collaborate with engineering, security and business stakeholders to implement scalable Splunk solutions that integrate with OnStak's proprietary platforms.
What you bring
- Hands-on expertise & SME depth in Splunk Enterprise/Cloud, Splunk Observability Cloud and ITSI
- Strong understanding of observability architecture, data flows, and instrumentation
- Strong experience in OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in networking and system administration fundamentals
- Ability to define and enforce observability standards, governance models, and best practices
- Working knowledge across multiple verticals: healthcare, financial services, retail, public sector, or manufacturing and OT
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, solution scoping, and delivering well-documented implementations
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and working independently in a remote environment, with strong communication and a continuous learning mindset
Bonus
- Expertise on other platforms: Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, or AppDynamics
- Splunk Architect certification or above
- SI or partner ecosystem experience
