WHO WE'RE HIRING :
Senior Laravel / Backend Developers
Strong production experience with:
- PHP / Laravel
- REST APIs & third-party integrations
- MySQL / relational databases
- Queues, workers & background processing
- Debugging existing production applications
- Performance optimization
- Git-based development
Frontend Developers
Strong experience with:
- React / Next.js / JavaScript
- Responsive UI development
- API integrations
- Existing/legacy applications
- Turning requirements into production-ready interfaces quickly
Senior Full-Stack Developers
You should be comfortable owning:
Requirement → Architecture → Build → Test → Deploy → Production
Laravel + modern frontend + AWS experience is highly preferred.
Engineering Managers / Technical PMs
We want technical managers who understand software and know how to keep teams shipping.
You should be able to understand the codebase, challenge technical decisions, remove blockers, manage multiple developers, and drive releases without unnecessary process.
AI-FIRST DEVELOPMENT IS IMPORTANT
We expect our developers to know how to use modern AI coding tools to dramatically increase their output.
This could include tools such as:
Claude Code • Codex • Cursor • GitHub Copilot • AI agents • or whatever makes you faster
We are not looking for developers who blindly copy AI-generated code.
We want experienced engineers who know enough to:
- Give AI the right context and instructions
- Use AI to understand unfamiliar codebases quickly
- Build and refactor features faster
- Debug problems efficiently
- Generate and improve tests
- Review AI-generated code critically
- Run multiple development tasks efficiently
- Know when the AI is wrong
- Maintain security and code quality
- Turn AI-assisted work into reliable production software
AI should multiply your engineering ability — not replace it.
If another strong developer needs a week and you can safely ship it in two days using AI, that's exactly the kind of person we're looking for.
AWS / PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE MATTERS
Senior backend and full-stack developers should have real experience deploying and operating applications on AWS.
Experience with:
EC2 • RDS • S3 • CloudFront • Route 53 • IAM • Load Balancers • CloudWatch
You should understand deployments, environments, DNS, SSL, databases, logs, permissions and troubleshooting.
Writing code isn't enough. You need to be able to ship it.
EXPERIENCE MATTERS
This is not an entry-level hiring drive.
We want people who have built real systems, dealt with real production problems, and can enter an unfamiliar codebase and start contributing quickly.

HOW WE HIRE
We're hiring immediately.
If selected, your first 2 weeks will be a hands-on performance evaluation period working on real projects.
Timings: 9 AM EST - 6 PM EST, Remote, 6 days a week with rotational offs
Requirement: Personal Laptop and Good Internet Connectivity

We care far more about demonstrated performance than interview performance.
