Program: Carbon17 RenewCred Science Fellowship Format: Fully virtual

This is the inaugural cohort of the RenewCred Science Fellowship, a twelve-week programme designed for climate professionals ready to move beyond academic research and into the infrastructure of climate action. Seventeen scientists, each working on one Sustainable Development Goal, will build a portfolio of reviewed, practical work that maps the relationship between carbon crediting and that goal.
Who Should Apply:
Scientists and practitioners with experience in carbon methodologies, MRV, permanence science, emissions quantification, carbon markets, net zero, sustainability, decarbonisation, climate data, climate policy, climate verification, or adjacent fields.

- A documented contribution record of all work produced
- Publication on the RenewCred platform

This is a voluntary, unpaid fellowship. There is no stipend. The value lies in the work you produce, the network you build, the portfolio you leave with, and the post-fellowship pathways that open only for completing fellows.
