Wiingy AI is building a network of Coding Evaluators to support projects with frontier AI labs working on advanced coding models and AI agents.
We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Rust, SQL, Data Structures & Algorithms, System Design, Backend, Frontend, APIs, Software Testing, Debugging, Code Review, Security, or AI-assisted coding.
Compensation: Up to INR 4,000/hour
Commitment: 5–10 hrs/week
Duration: 6–8 weeks
Location: Remote
What you'll work on:
- Evaluate how frontier AI models solve programming and software engineering problems
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, quality, and maintainability
- Author and validate reference solutions, test cases, debugging tasks, and coding evaluations
- Identify bugs, incorrect algorithms, security vulnerabilities, edge cases, and unsupported assumptions
- Generate and verify training data for SFT, RLHF, and RLVR projects
- Design challenging coding benchmarks, evaluations, and stress tests for AI models
Who can apply:
Professionals with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent strong expertise in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated proficiency in programming and technical problem-solving.
