Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates from Marketing, Sales, and Finance backgrounds to join our Software Implementation team. The role involves understanding client requirements, demonstrating software, assisting with implementation, training users, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in software implementation and client onboarding.
Understand client requirements and provide basic software demonstrations.
Support user training and post-implementation queries.
Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams.
Build strong client relationships.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Skills Required
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic MS Excel knowledge.
Customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
