Are you an expert in OTC Derivatives and Brokerage Reconciliation? We are looking for talented professionals to join our growing team in Pune & Bengaluru!
📌 Position Details
- 💼 Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Senior Process Executive (SPE)
- 🏢 Domain: OTC Brokerage Payable
- ⏳ Experience: 2 to 9 Years
- 📍 Location: Pune / Bengaluru (BLR)
- 🗓️ Notice Period: 0 – 90 Days
💰 Compensation & Budget
- 💵 SME: Up to ₹10.0 LPA
- 💵 SPE: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
- 📈 Offered Hike: Standard 30% – 40% on last drawn fixed CTC
🔴 Mandatory Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)
✅ Hands-on experience in OTC Brokerage Reconciliation
✅ Proven expertise in Manual Brokerage Calculation
✅ Strong domain knowledge of OTC derivative products: FX, Options, IRS, CCS, Repos, FXO, PM, PMO
✅ Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Word
✅ Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills
📋 Key Responsibilities
- 🔄 Daily Reconciliation: Manage trade reconciliations and calculate brokerage accurately.
- ⚠️ Exception Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies within agreed SLAs.
- 🤝 Broker Relationship: Handle broker queries, settle outstanding balances, and drive zero-escalation targets.
- 📊 Reporting & Compliance: Maintain EOD checklists, generate accuracy reports, and participate in client review meetings.
- 💡 Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose workflow enhancements, and assist team leads with ad-hoc reporting.
