🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Content & Growth Manager Intern
Upfound is looking for a creative, trend-savvy person who can take ownership of our social media presence and lead our growing content team.
📍 Location: Delhi | Hybrid (3 Days WFH + 3 Days Office)
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 Fixed/month
📈 PPO: Upto 3.6LPA Based on performance & project requirements
What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage the social media/content team
• Build content strategies, ideas & calendars
• Create/oversee LinkedIn & Instagram content, reels, carousels & creatives
• Be comfortable creating face-to-camera reels
• Manage Meta Business Suite, analytics & Meta Ads
• Drive UGC and creator collaborations
• Track performance and experiment with new growth ideas
