Growth Manager, IndiaLocation: India (Delhi/Coimbatore/Bangalore)

We are looking for a Growth Manager, India to run growth experiments across the funnel, run the projects that cut across functions, write the SOPs, and train the team on them. What You'll Own & Drive- Growth Experiments: Run experiments across the full funnel: lead generation and pipeline, trial signup to first live order, retention and expansion in the customer base, and marketing and content together with the marketing team. Measure everything, kill what does not move a number, scale what does.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Project-manage the initiatives that cut across sales, implementation, support, and marketing. Scope, owners, deadlines, follow-through.
- Process Improvement & SOPs: Find the broken or missing process in each function, fix it, and write the SOP so the function runs it without you.
- Team Training: Design and run onboarding for new joiners, product and process refreshers, and training on the tools and AI workflows the team uses every day.
- Career Development: Build role ladders, skill maps, and a review cadence with the Country CEO, so every person on the team knows what growth looks like here.
- Operating Rhythm: Own the weekly and monthly cadence that keeps every function on its numbers.
Who You Are- Builder Mindset: You would rather design the process from zero than run one somebody else built. There is no growth team, no project office, and no L&D department here. You are all three.
- Experienced & Independent: 5-8 years in operations, growth, programme management, consulting, or a founder's office at a startup, SaaS company, or ecommerce business in India. Comfortable leading without direct reports.
- Process Person With Numbers: You have written SOPs that people actually followed, and run growth experiments with a number attached: what you tried, what moved, what you killed.
- Trainer at Heart: You have taught a team something they did not know, and you enjoyed it.
- Data Comfortable: Sheets, dashboards, CRM reports. You find the number before you form the opinion.
- AI and Tech Savvy: You use AI tools every day to move faster, and you can teach a team to do the same.
- Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in English, and at least one of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, or Bengali.
- Doer Culture Fit: At Base India, everyone executes. The Country CEO does demos. You start as an executor and earn your mandate through results.
- Bonus Points: Ecommerce or SaaS domain experience. Hands-on with HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar CRM and project tools.
