Role Description The Skin Clinic Center Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and clinical services of the skin clinic. The role includes managing patient flow, supervising medical and support staff, coordinating consultation and treatment schedules, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. The Center Head will collaborate with dermatology and other specialists to plan and implement treatment programs, monitor patient outcomes, and promote evidence-based practices. Responsibilities also include overseeing patient experience, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting staff training and professional development. The role involves working with hospital management on service improvement, resource planning, and community outreach initiatives to grow the skin clinic’s profile.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong medical knowledge and practical experience in Medicine and Healthcare.
- Candidates should possess relevant expertise in Dermatology or related fields; experience intersecting Dentistry and facial aesthetics is an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research and Medical Education to support evidence-based practice, protocol development, and staff training.
- Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBS with specialization in Dermatology or equivalent) and valid registration with appropriate medical council.
- Proven experience in clinical leadership or managing a unit/center within a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and ethical approach to care.
- Experience with hospital quality standards, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance is highly beneficial.
