The General Manager Operations will oversee end-to-end operational activities of the domestic BPO operations at the Square Raipur Office. This role requires strong leadership, structured execution, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth daily operations, achievement of business targets, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the domestic BPO process.
- Ensure achievement of operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, CSAT, AHT, and other business targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor operational workflows and drive improvements in operational efficiency.
- Work closely with HR, WFM, Quality, Training, Finance, Technical, and Admin teams.
- Ensure a smooth relationships with the clients deliver the KPI's
Experience:- A minimum of 12+ years of experience in domestic BPO managing multiple centers of an inbound customer service process with a minimum HC of 400.
Qualification:- Any graduate
