- Identify suitable cities, catchments and commercial locations.
- Evaluate opportunities based on demand, competition, demographics and financial viability.

- Create pre-launch and post-launch business plans.
- Monitor newly opened stores against sales, customer and profitability milestones.
- Develop corrective plans for stores that do not achieve expected growth.
4. Staff Handholding, Onboarding and Mentoring
- Provide real-time guidance to store managers, optometrists, sales executives and regional teams.
- Build structured onboarding plans for new employees.

- Track sales, customer count, conversion, average order value, premium mix, repeat business, reviews, employee productivity, inventory ageing, order turnaround time, complaints and profitability.
- Establish daily, weekly and monthly performance-review systems.
- Create actionable dashboards and reports for the Founder.
- Identify deviations early and assign specific actions, owners and timelines.
6. Customer Experience and Service Excellence
- Define and maintain consistent customer-experience standards.
- Improve the journey from store entry and eye examination to product selection, delivery and after-sales support.
- Ensure professional consultation, accurate product guidance and transparent communication.
- Track complaints, delays, remakes, replacements, refunds and service failures.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive action.
- Improve customer retention, referrals, repeat purchases and review generation.
7. Campaigns and Business Development
