Cluster Head – Plumbing & Firefighting (Sr. General Manager, Assistant Vice President, Sr. Manager)
Manage multiple project sites within the cluster — execution, billing, procurement, manpower, client coordination, and quality/safety compliance — to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project execution, timelines & site productivity
- Track billing, certifications & collections
- Coordinate material planning & control wastage
- Manage manpower deployment & productivity
- Handle client/consultant relations & site issues
- Ensure quality & safety compliance
- Submit weekly/monthly MIS reports
KPIs: Schedule adherence, billing/collections, material control, manpower productivity, client satisfaction, quality/safety, profitability
Reports To: VP – Operations / Director
Team: Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators, Store & Billing Staff
