Responsibilities
- Maintenance planning, field complaint analysis & resolution, spares planning, service report, dealer bills & compliance to end customer etc.
- Support & attend technical queries to Defense customer for all over India.
- To depute service person at site for various service jobs (breakdown & routine maintenance) and co-ordination with service channel partner.
- In case critical escalations, needs travel to site for attend the issues.
- Execution of AMC, CAMC, warranty calls and call basis service orders and close loop to customer.
- To monitor and resolve customer queries and complaints.
To coordinate service related activities to Primary Customer. (Defense)
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
