Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate site schedules and supervisor activities.
- Follow up with site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
- Track material requirements and coordinate material orders.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Monitor daily work progress and pending tasks.
- Maintain service reports, emails, and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests and client queries.
Required Skills
✔ Good communication skills✔ Basic MS Excel, Word & Email knowledge✔ Strong follow-up and coordination skills✔ Time management and multitasking ability
