Role Description The Associate Vice President – Training – Revenue Cycle Management is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training strategies and programs for revenue cycle operations, ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to meet performance, quality, and compliance targets. The AVP will collaborate closely with operations, quality, HR, and technology stakeholders to identify training needs, develop curricula, and measure training effectiveness across teams. Daily responsibilities include managing training teams, mentoring trainers, reviewing training content, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in learning practices. The role also involves supporting client onboarding initiatives, maintaining documentation, and ensuring training programs align with industry regulations and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management, Accounts Receivable processes, and healthcare or related service industries.
- Experience in developing training strategies, creating learning programs, and leading training teams in a high-volume operations environment.
- Proficiency in performance measurement, data analysis, and use of training metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within training, learning & development, or operations management, preferably in Revenue Cycle or BPO/KPO settings.
- Comfort with training technologies, learning management systems, and standard productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or a related field; advanced certifications in training, L&D, or RCM are an advantage.
