About the Role
Bitbase Technologies is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to manage service requests, coordinate warranty/RMA processes, and ensure smooth communication between customers and our technical team. This role also serves as the first point of contact for visitors and customers at our office.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer service requests and assign them to the technical team.
- Handle warranty and RMA processes with vendors and customers.
- Track service tickets and provide regular status updates.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp customer inquiries.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the front office.
- Schedule onsite service visits and follow up on pending jobs.
- Maintain service records, customer databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate courier dispatches and receipt of service items.
- Assist with basic office administration and inventory coordination.
- Ensure customers receive timely updates until service completion.
Requirements
- Graduate or diploma holder in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-friendly attitude with professional communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with excellent coordination and communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred
- Previous experience in customer support, front office, service coordination, or administration.
- Familiarity with warranty/RMA processes is an added advantage.
