Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Startup Hiring & People Operations
📍 Hinjewadi, Pune | Work From Office
💼 Experience: 3–6 Years
💰 CTC: ₹7–12 LPA
We are looking for a hungry, target-driven Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to find, attract and close A+ talent for a fast-growing startup.
This is NOT a traditional HR role. We need an individual contributor who loves hiring, understands people, takes complete ownership and wants to grow into a People Head / business leadership role in the future.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end hiring — sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, negotiation & closing
- Attract strong passive candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking & direct outreach
- Sell the startup opportunity and vision to high-quality candidates
- Own hiring targets, pipeline and time-to-hire
- Support people operations, culture, performance and employee engagement
- Build HR processes as the company scales
- Work directly with the Founder on hiring and people strategy
Who Should Apply
✓ 3–6 years of strong Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
✓ Startup or fast-growth company experience strongly preferred
✓ Proven ability to headhunt and close high-quality candidates
✓ Target-driven, resourceful and comfortable being an individual contributor
✓ Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
✓ A genuine people person with a business mindset
✓ Comfortable with Work From Office – Hinjewadi, Pune
✓ Ambitious to grow beyond recruitment into People Head / business leadership
