Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, administrative, and creative roles, ensuring timely hiring to support program delivery and organizational growth. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The recruiter will collaborate closely with department heads to understand role requirements, draft job postings, and maintain accurate recruitment records. Daily responsibilities include managing talent pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, handling offer negotiations, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new team members. The role also includes maintaining compliance with HR policies, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and providing a positive candidate and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in talent sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination for diverse roles in education or media-related organizations.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, including job posting, candidate evaluation, offer management, and onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, prioritize multiple open positions, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR best practices, basic labor regulations, and the use of applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools; comfort with maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications or prior experience in education or media are an advantage.
- Interest in the film and television industry and willingness to understand role-specific requirements for creative and technical positions.
