We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to join NRC Group of Industries, Coimbatore and drive our next phase of growth in the fabrication and industrial sector.
We’re looking for an experienced sales leader who can build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, lead high-performing teams, and execute strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth.
What we’re looking for:
- 8–12 years of sales experience, preferably in a fabrication-related company
- Proven experience in industrial/B2B sales and business development
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English; Tamil and Hindi preferred
- Ability to analyse market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
Key responsibilities include expanding our client base, building long-term profitable relationships, leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating across functions to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
