Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored product/technology solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B/Direct Sales.
- Industry Experience: Prior exposure to the Medical Equipment or Electronics industry is an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of hitting targets.
