🚨 Urgent Hiring – Team Lead, Executive Search
Company: T&M Services Consulting Private Limited
Location: Dahisar, Mumbai (Near Dahisar Metro Station)
Experience: 5+ Years
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: Upto ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Executive Search recruitment team.
- Handle end-to-end hiring for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions.
- Manage client requirements and drive timely closures.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and headhunting.
- Achieve hiring and revenue targets.
- Mentor team members and monitor recruitment performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Executive Search/Recruitment Consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong sourcing, client management, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
